Something About My Graduation

My university hold the graduation ceremony the day before yesterday when I had a big dinner with almost all my classmates in the past 4 years of  my college life. Some of them were so drunk that they cannot even walk without other's help. To be worse, several were sent into the hospital.

Separation between friends seems to be an eternal topic
through at least the history of China.
Almost every body cried that day publicly or secretly.

I know deeply that there is no permanent party.
Every party has its end,
just as every story has its end
and just as evey movie has its end.

There is no permanent or eternal thing in the world.
Every is changing.

There is no permanent happiness.
There is no permanent sadness.
There is no permanent juvenility.
There is no permanent smile.

Every time you see something,
please look beyond its current appearance,
because everything is changing
and its current appearance is NOT eternal.

Every time you see a girl who is young and beautiful,
please DO NOT forget that she will be old and ugly some day in the future.

Every time you see a woman who is old and ugly,
please DO NOT forget that she might have been young and beautiful some day in the past.

Every time you have some happiness,
please DO NOT forget that this moment will finally pass by and that you will lost it in the end.

Every time you have some sadness,
please DO NOT forget that this moment will finally pass by and you will say good-bye to it in the end.

So be calm to everything, because nothing is permenant.
You will lost everything in the end and leave this world without anything,
just as you came to this world without anything.

The universe is not permanent, it is expanding all the time.
The Great Wall is not permanent, it will fall down some day.
Human is not permanent, it will die out some day.
The Sun is not permanent, it will finally become a black dwarf or a black hole.

Unawareness of changeability is the origin of suffering.

So please get used to change,
change of age,
change of feeling,
change of circumstance,
change of life,
change of time,
change of friendship,
change of love,
...
